Shelly Hogans

Managing Consultant of EFAS

Shelly received her executive development education from TALI at Carnegie Mellon University and has an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Drexel University’s Lebow College of Business and has a B.S. in Accounting with honors with highest distinction from the University Scholars Program at Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business.

She is a high-energy financial executive with active CPA, CMA and CIA licenses in good standing fueling organizational effectiveness through diverse experience in accounting operations, project management, financial analysis, SEC reporting and US GAAP accounting and ERP systems implementations. She is an expert in the identification of critical financial/operational processes for synthesis, process improvement, cost and risk reduction.

She has deployed best practices and transformed accounting processes resulting in reduced monthly close cycle time. She is able to create a vision and leverage people to achieve that vision. Shelly is committed to enterprise value creation via establishing strong internal controls, timely/streamlined financial analysis, integrity and insightful financial reporting. She employs technical, problem resolution and leadership skills. Shelly is an expert at staff coaching, mentoring and training and delivers undeniable results!
